At ParrotWP®, we understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. That’s why our customer support team is always available to help you with refunds and returns. We know that it can be frustrating when something you’ve ordered doesn’t meet your expectations, and we want to do everything we can to make it right.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience, and we’ll do whatever it takes to make that happen.
REFUND POLICY
No Question Asked Refund Policy
We are delighted that you decided to purchase ParrotWP®, and we know that you will squawk about the advantages with your event team. In the highly unlikely event that you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy.
We aim to deliver a WordPress plugin that aids in the growth of your event’s potential as much as possible. That’s why we also provide explanatory material, including all of ParrotWP®’s features, thorough documentation on ParrotWP®, and comprehensive help. Please review the ParrotWP® documentation page prior to requesting a refund and don’t forget our support team is on standby if any technical issue arises, so let us help before issuing a refund request.

Refund Turnaround
It takes 24 hours for our parrots to process your refund because we must communicate with our payment processors. We may request an opportunity to resolve any issues that might have caused the refund during this time.
- We may refuse returns to customers who appear suspicious or violate our rules.
- The refund period is 14 days from the purchase date.
- We will not handle any refunds after that time limit has passed.
Plugin Expiration
Your ParrotWP® plugin license is good for one year after your purchase date. It’s up to you whether or not you want to renew with ParrotWP®. We recommend you replenish your subscriptions by ordering again through your My Account access since we continue adding new features and enhancements.
If the plugin expires:
- The license for this plugin will expire on your website after one year, and you’ll need a new or renewed license key to get it working again. There won’t be any data loss during that time.
- Expired licenses do not get support through our support system
Acceptance of Refund Policy
Purchasing ParrotWP® or placing an order for purchase means you have read all the policies (including the Refund Policy) correctly and agree with and accept all terms and policies. We discourage you from placing orders if you disagree with any of the terms or policies.
